Kids should learn about food in a way that feels fun, curious, and empowering.

Nourished Kids Club encourages curiosity about food and how it helps our bodies grow, think, move, and play. It was designed to help kids build confidence around food by learning simple nutrition concepts, exploring how foods support their bodies, and practicing everyday food skills.

Through games, conversations, and interactive activities, my goal is to make nutrition approachable for kids while giving parents and educators tools that make teaching about food easier and more enjoyable.
